3 Part Nozzle System - 2 inch and 2 1/2 inch - Lightweight Polyurethane

Safety chain attaches to catch Nozzle lug one end and GSC Universal Mounting Pipe the other end.
Screws direct onto GSC Outer/Inner.

Outer Body
Once GSC Inner is inserted then both screw onto GSC Nozzle and the other end slips on GSC Mounting Pipe and clamped.

Dust Cap
GSC Dust Cap is a protective delivery line cover.
Unscrew the GSC Nozzle only and screw the Dust Cap directly into the Inner & outer.
Attach the load rated safety chain that is suppled with the GSC Mounting Pipe onto the Dust Cap safety Lug that is supplied with Dust Cap.
The safety chain is always be attached prior to use.
Pointing in a safe direction.
It has been tested and certified to the safe working pressures, well above what would normally apply.
Precise safety limits are stamped on the unit.
Twist valve to realise pressure.

Universal Mounting Pipe bolts on to fit all types of spray machines - Normet and Jacon.
Bolts onto the Universal Boom Mount , Air V Block mount and Hydroscaler mount and safety chain to attach to the 3 part Polyurethane Nozzle System.
Can take up to a 3" Hose.

European Mounting Pipe - Normet ONLY
European Mounting Pipe bolts directly onto Normet only spray machines.

Base Plate and 25mm Extension
Base Plate - REQUIRED for Depth Gauge Extensions' to be mounted onto wall/rock face.
25mm Depth Gauge Extension- Individual extension 1" inch / 25mm. Pushes in & Locks on the base plate. Either singular or multiple lock together to suit required height/thickness. Effectively have any depth needed.
